Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed and unused.
• In its original condition.
• With all original tags attached.
• In its original packaging.
• Free from stains, odours, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup or any other signs of wear.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges, including the cost of returning the item to us and shipping the replacement item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or received as part of a giveaway or free promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email info@juicedupapparel.com.au with your order number and the reason for your request.
If your request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
